Explore the Swan River in the funnest way possible! This experience takes you alongside Kings Park and the Old Swan in style. Skim across the waves, get air and feel the spray. With fishtails, 360º spins and heaps to see, you'll reach 80kph and see what happens!

During your 25-minute jet boat ride you will experience the Swan River like never before. Get set for the thrills and excitement of an adrenalin-pumped jet boat ride - this is the ride of your life!

Our jet boat was designed and built in Perth, WA. The design is based on the highly successful jet boats used in New Zealand. It’s powered by twin 300Hp turbo charged Yanmar engines, which are coupled to Hamilton water jets pumping out 25 tonnes of water per minute.

After venturing out of the speed restricted zone we unleash the full power of the jet at nearly 80km/h and perform a continual mix of 360-degree spins, wild fishtail spins and incredible power brake stops.

We will also be playing a fast-pumping, continuous mix of music, designed to keep your heart racing! Your jet boat ride takes you alongside Kings Park and the Old Swan. Sit back and hold on as we push the throttle and release 25 tonnes of water per minute from the jet! It’s extreme, it’s loud, and it’s loads of fun!

Session Length

This experience lasts 25 minutes, including briefing. Operation hours are from 10am to 5pm, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (subject to weather conditions). Please arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled ride. This experience is not available until October 2011.

Guidelines:

Passengers must be over 110cm tall and children must be accompanied by someone over the age of 12 years. Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver before boarding. This is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or who has back, neck or heart conditions.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for two people. There will be a maximum of 12 passengers on the jet boat.

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome at the jet boat departure and arrival points.

Weather:

This experience may be affected by the weather. In the case of poor weather conditions we will reschedule your experience for a later date. Please provide your mobile number when booking so our staff can contact you at short notice.

Other Info:

You will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in this experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Any tour that is cancelled/ changed with less than 24 hours notice will NOT be refunded.

    The experience was great. The only negative was that it took longer than expected to get a booking confirmation. Other than that, the purchase was smooth and redballoon was great. The jet boat ride was great fun and enjoyed it all round.

    The experience was great fun and a great suprise for my dad for father's day. Besides the seatbelts being rusted and a bit hard to adjust, the experience was very positive although I do recomend that you take a change of clothes or a towel with you as you can get a bit wet. :)
