Victoria’s only natural hot springs are located just over 75 minutes’ drive from Melbourne on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Come and luxuriate with your partner in a still private mineral bath for 30 minutes of blissful relaxation and soak up the goodness of these natural mineral hot springs.

You no longer have to travel to New Zealand or Europe to bathe in hot mineral springs. On Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, waters rich in minerals and trace elements that flow from deep underground have been channelled into public and private baths.

This experience consists of 30 minutes of blissful private bathing for you and your partner in an indoor bath scented with your choice of Li’Tya essential oils. Choose from oil blends such as Detox, Rejuvenate and Reharmonise. Included is use of a fluffy robe and.

You and your partner will also have access to our relaxation lounge where complimentary herbal teas are available.

Our Spa Dreaming Centre Café offers healthy cuisine and fresh juices as well as local wines and beers. From the cafe you can sit and enjoy sweeping views over the lakes, grasslands and bush-covered slopes that grace the 17-hectare site.

Entering the bathing area is like stepping into another world, a sanctuary where mind and body are calmed by the steam, soothing aroma and sound of the running water. It’s a place where time is forgotten and lingering is part of the code of harmony…

Please note: This hot springs private bathing experience is indoors, spa jets are not available in the private baths.

This experience voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Mornington Peninsula, Victoria – approximately 75 minutes south of the Melbourne CBD.

Session Length

Opening hours are from 9am – 9pm seven days a week. We are closed on Christmas Day. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. The duration of your private bathing experience will be 30 minutes.

Guidelines:

This experience is not appropriate for pregnant women. You must be 16 years of age or over to be eligible for this experience.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for two people. This is a private bathing experience.

Spectators:

Not suitable for spectators.

Weather:

This experience is not affected by the weather.

You will need to bring extra money if you wish to purchase anything from the Bathe Cafe, Gift Shop, or if you would like to book a massage, spa treatment or public bathing.

i would recommend everyone to go do this I also purchased the all day bathing which everyone should do the only down fall was that it was absolutely packed on the saturday so i would recommend you to do it on a weekday not a weekend

This is our second time here, we love it that much...we had a private bath in the Spa Dreaming Centre, then had a leisurely lunch at the Bath House cafe, then took our time exploring the different pools, it was so relaxing. My husband and I lost track of the time and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thanks for all the friendly staff and for the excellent facilities.

The place was very calming and relaxing on the day i went which was a Wednesday. Staff were very helpful and the view at the highest hot spring bath was amazing!

We arrived there at 9.00 a.m., should have been there 8.45. You do need the extra time to relax prior to the bathing experience. Regardless of that though, within 20 mins after bathing, we both felt very relaxed. We would not mind a day there sometime in the future, better still a weekend.

It was very easy to use the RedBalloon voucher and the actual experience was fantastic. The Hot Springs was a great venue and the staff were excellent. The private bath for 2 was the best way to unwind after the Christmas chaos! Having never used Red Balloon before I will be inclined to use it for gifts now.

We never expected to find hot springs tucked away out the back of Rye. We arrived a little early on a Tuesday and although we were booked in to an indoor bath, the staff were kind enough to offer us an outdoor bath instead since it was available. Really relaxing & we've already been recommending the drive to friends & pondering our next trip back.

Very friendly staff. More information for first time users would have been good. eg on the different temperatures of the different pools etc. Also, we were not aware until we got there that we could spend as long as we wanted in the pools prior to our 30 minutes private spa. Really great gift - loved it!

Had a great experience once we got there, directions a little misleading so we got lost, but staff pretty accommodating considering we were late. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, will definitely do it again.
