When you arrive for your treatment you will be given a warm greeting by one of our professional therapists. They will give you a wellbeing questionnaire to fill out and offer you a refreshment to enjoy while you are sitting by the pool.

To begin your treatment, you will be given a robe to wear and then be seated for a Bodhi Stone massage on your feet and calves.

Next you will be given a Thermal Stone massage to ease tired muscles and tension. This will be complemented with a botanical infusion facial. We will cleanse you skin and apply a mud exfoliant under steam to remove any impurities and congestion. An extra-long face massage will ensure complete relaxation and increase circulation for improved texture and tone of your skin. A nourishing mask is applied to your face and décolleté. This is designed to plump and hydrate your skin.

While the mask performs its magic your therapist will give you a beautiful scalp massage to increase circulation and draw nutrients to the area. And once the mask is removed ampoules and a firming eye cream will be applied.

To finish you will be given a Shirodhara treatment. This is an ancient Ayurvedic ritual which aids wellness both physically and mentally. During the Shirodhara treatment warm oil infused with aromas is slowly poured over your third eye (the centre of your forehead) and runs back into your hair. You can shower after your treatment to wash the oil from your hair however you may want to leave the treatment in as it is very good for your scalp and hair follicles.

When the treatment is complete you will be offered a refreshment to help you come back to earth!
