The experience was fantastic. It felt a lot longer than 75mins which was a big bonus. It was my first facial and I would go back for another. It was a pleasant surprise to have a back and shoulder massage as part of the package, along with the foot massage and facial treatment. Would highly recommend it.

My organic facial treatment was in fact, a foot, back and facial massage, it was a fantastic experience I would recommend to my family and friends. The products were beautiful and the staff very professional - I felt really wonderful when my treatment had finished, also my family said how good I smelt. A lovely 75 minutes treat which I will certainly experience again.

A WONDERFUL AND RELAXING EXPERIENCE

Very professional experience. I loved receiving the letter attached to the balloons, the packaging was well done! The staff at RedBalloon and the Spa were delightful. My only other comment is that I felt that the floors in the spa room were sticky and dirty.They need powerful pressure cleaning. I felt uncomfortable standing barefoot on them. That is something easily fixed which did not affect the beautiful treatment I received.

This was my very first time at a spa, and my very first facial. As I am allergic to pollens and some perfumes I was a little nervous about possible reactions to them. However, the staff were very knowledgeable and discussed all treatments with me before proceeding. As a result, I had no adverse effects. It was very relaxing and my skin is silky smooth. :)

The experience was heavenly. The organic facial treatment was very relaxing in a very serene environment with a wonderful caring therapist. Would definitely try it again and highly recommend it to others.

A lovely Day Spa, tranquil in its surrounds, nice and clean with an ambiance you cannot help but to unwind and relax in and the treatment was excellent and good pressure which I adore. I will go back for more facials.

I do wonder about the quality of service when given gift vouchers, in my experience the service quite often does not match the quality otherwise received. Having said that, on this occasion, it was a lovely experience and I do think (although have nothing to compare it with as have not used this provider before) that it was quality service. A wonderful indulgence gift that I would not normally purchase for myself. The Organic Facial Treatment was bliss. My consultant Sylvia was fabulous and looked after me so well, even giving me special treatment for a back condition that I suffer severe pain from. I felt better afterwards that I have for the past couple of years and my skin feels re-juvenated. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
