It was a wonderful experience, perhaps a bit more savoury dishes would have been good to start. The service for tea and coffee was a bit slow. and we decided we would like to buy a bottle of bubbly, which was very expensive. But overall we had a great time and the food was delicious with a lot of choices on the sweet buffett.

We had a great time (party of three), it was fun, decadent and there was a lot to choose from - all delicious. It is a full 2 hour experience so be on time (maybe even a little early) to enjoy it from start to end.

Everything was perfect - the hotel, the dining room, the discreet tables not near to one another, the beautiful service, the food. I was so happy I sought out the waiter and tipped him for his great attention. It was so relaxing. We sat in the front dining area not the ballroom which was noisier, and we wanted the relaxing quieter area. Absolutely beautiful, and the softest and best scones, jam and cream I have ever tasted. A totally happily experience!

We all just loved the total experience. The service was excellent. Although being first timers we would probably would have liked a little guidance on how the high tea was structured. We were given the menu but saw others getting up to help them self. But then we just went with the flow. And it was just wonderful. I would highly recommend it and would love to return to the Windsor again maybe try some of the other establishments that run similar events.

The afternoon tea was extravagantly delicious. From the delightful savories, tiny exquisite cakes, trifles, crepes, chocolate fountain, platters of fresh fruit to the lovely selections of different tea blends and coffees, the whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

It was an amazing outing !!!!! The staff/band at the Windsor also sang Happy Birthday to my sister-in-law which was really nice and a lovely surprise. Food was perfect and atmosphere was great :) Would highly recommend High Tea at the Windsor.

It was all very nice,lovely food, great service,beautifully presented. The only suggestion i would offer is that the coffee was too strong and only lukewarm, otherwise a fantastic experience.

Because of health problems I needed to change my booking twice. The staff at the Windsor were fantastic about this and there was no problem with cancelling and re-booking. I don't know if most people would say this was a negative, but there was too much variety of sweets to choose from! It was a really pleasant experience.

This treat was just so lovely for my family. We enjoyed every single detail of the afternoon. The venue is gorgeous, the food simple sumptuous and the setting exquisite. What a superb way to celebrate a special event. If you're looking for something classy to do in Melbourne, this choice will not disappoint. Would do it all over again.

The experience was fantastic, I had invited 11 other girls to join me in this experience, they all loved it. Venue was fantastic, nice and relaxed, food was great, service very high quality. The only negative which is not on RedBalloons part is that 2 hours is not long enough, one more extra hour would have made it PERFECT!

We actually stayed at the Hotel Windsor the night of our afternoon tea and have nothing but praise for the staff and the quality of our stay. It was our 33 Wedding Anniversary and a very memorable one. There were no issues whatsoever, all bookings were confirmed before and we had a really enjoyable weekend. Thank You.
