Love to cook foods from afar but want to know the secrets of how to do it with a little more panache? Choose from a variety of classes such as Moroccan Madness, Spanish Tapas & Paella, Vietnamese Street Food, Thai Banquet, Mexican, Greek Mezze and many more. Get your foodie passport ready!

Cooking Classes in a small group that are hands on, fun, informative and a great feast in a relaxed , fun and tropical environment.

On arrival snacks and drinks, beer, wine, softies or hotties are served to refresh you for the day or evening ahead and while you meet your chefs. We may even have a cocktail we’ll show you.

The class menu and an overview are given by Sally or Anna – the two chefs. We will teach you some skills that you will need throughout the class to make your cooking life a little easier.

Then it is time to pop on some music, wrap on your apron and pick up the knives to get cooking. All the ingredients are set out on trays with recipes and we cook together as a group asking questions as you go.

All the dishes come together and we set the big long table by the pool where we feast and drink.

Pick from a variety of classes such as Moroccan Madness, Boutique BBQ, Spanish Tapas & Paella, Vietnamese Street Food, Thai Banquet, Fish from around the world, Mexican, Greek Mezze and many others.

Session Length

Classes are 3 - 3.5 hours 30 minutes of overview and skills, 2 hours cooking, 30 mins to 1 hour for eating & drinking

Chefs Sally & Anna have travelled the world and worked for the rich & famous – they are entertaining, very skilled and have a great story to tell. Every class is different but they are always fun & informative and you leave with so many tips and hints from many years of catering and restaurants.

    It wae s a very enjoyable experience. It was informative but very relaxed and fun at the same time. The hosts Sally and Anna were professional but extremely friendly and welcoming. I have already told my friends that it is a great idea for an outing or a gift.

    It was a very practical, hands on and realistic experience. We took recipes away that we can easily remake and share with friends. I would recommend this course to friends. Sally was fantastic and very enthusiastic about the course, this certainly made the course more enjoyable.
