Turn yourself into a domestic god or goddess. Join in the fun and spend two and a half hours with a specialist pastry team to explore your inner chef. At the end you will be able to trot home with a box of your own delicious treats!

What's Included

2 hours of baking and decorating delicious cupcakes
½ hour break including glass of Australian Sparkling Domain Chandon and finger sandwiches with macaroons

Please Note: Each class will be unique, with a focus on decorating or specialty areas such as working with chocolate.

The experience is located in Surry Hills, 10 minutes from Sydney CBD, amongst many of the city’s cutting edge food and beverage offerings.

Session Length

The experience runs for 2 and half hours. Morning and evening classes are available depending on which bake class participants wish to attend.

Guidelines:

Participants must be over 18 years of age to have a glass of Sparkling Wine included. Substitue non-alcholic beverage may be offered for those under that age.

Numbers:

In scheduled classes there will be a between 5 - 14 participants per class. For private parties a minimum of 10 guests are required.

Spectators:

This experience is not suitable for spectators.

Perhaps a few less people at this one would be good, my class had 16 which was a bit cramped in the kitchen but overall it was really fun! I'd also like to learn more about how you get the decorating materials ready (e.g. how to colour the fondant icing) rather than just decorating with it.

I was given the experience for my birthday from friends who also attended with me. It was a morning class filled with fun, expert advise and cupcake icing! Our teacher Jason was hilarious and shared some insider expert tips on how to bake the perfect cupcake and let me tell you... its not at 180 degrees! We were served finger sandwiches, strawberries and chocolate fondue with a glass of Bubbles... then back into the kitchen to finish the lesson with cupcake icing session... hello sugar and de...

At first I was a little disappointed as from the course description I was expecting us to make our own cupcakes..Jason was an absolute character and provided constant entertainment and laughs. The food and champagne break was presented beautifully and equally important tasted great - strawberries dipped in chocolate you can't go wrong. Decorating the cupcakes was a lot of fun although get in quick there isn't enough icing for everyone! I was expected to be shown more sophisticated decorating sty...
