  The lesson was very informative and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. The food was wonderful and we were provided with all of the recipes to take home so that we could recreate them on our own. Overall a great experience.

  The course was great -lots of fun and really well organised. My only suggestion is that it would really have helped the participants to get to know each other if we had a chance to introduce ourselves at the beginning (name tags would also have helped!)

  I had a very interesting and unforgettable experience. The trainer was engaging, knowledgeable, humorous, witty and organised. I really enjoyed the hands-on opportunity in learning how to make pasta. In addition, I managed to understand more about the history and culture of Italian food. The whole experience was good value for money. Hands-on cooking class and a 4-course meal with wine...It was certainly worth it. I will definitely recommend this experience to people I know.

  A thoroughly enjoyable evening. Lucina was very passionate, funny and knowledgeable all at the same time. I picked up a lot of great tips on how to cook pasta and other Italian food and getting to try it all was amazing. The wine was good too and the company! All in all it was a great experience.

  I expected that we would have more participation. We had to wait quite awhile for our turn, and we didn't really get to cook. Different than what I expected.

  I had a fantastic time at the cooking class. Luciana was an amazing cook and the food was amazing. Cant wait to practice my pasta making this weekend! Looking forward to doing this cooking class again.

  i think the whole night was great both from the learning aspect and the experience it provided. it was also amazing to be hosted by a very passionate teacher willing to pass on her knowledge to all participants.

  A well run class with plenty of time to ask questions. Terrific food and a great Italian experience. A wonderful blend of cooking passion, wit and humour thrown in with good food and wine. My wife and I have already recommended this class to some of our friends.

  It was a very good outcome. There was plenty of hands on work and of particular importance was the fact that going as a single person was no problem at all. The take home notes were very professional and Luciana is a warm and entertaining host and teacher.

  I highly recommended this experience. Luciana is passionate about her Italian heritage and its amazing food. She imparts practical tips and knowledge that go beyond what can be learnt from cook books and TV programs. The class is very well organised and hands on.

  The whole day was wonderful even though the class was 4 hours. The excitement leading up to the 10am start was filled with much anticipation. I haven't attended a cooking class before and having spent time in Italy over the years, I wondered if the Italian experience could be captured. Luciana's Italian villa, her instruction and cooking, together with our preparation and eating and her sense of humour, encaptured Tuscany right here in Sydney. We didn't stop talking about it all the way home and...

  The class was very good even though we had a corp group attend that weren't all that interested. Luciana is a great teacher and very passionate about real Italian food and how it should be cooked. It was great to have a big feast at the end!
