Well worthwhile experience. Chefs very knowlegeable and informative, however there was little emphasis on the reasons for selecting the beers with each course. Gained some good tips on bbq-ing

Very friendly and knowledgeable chefs. Particularly enjoyed learning a lot of 'tricks of the trade' which are never available in any cookbooks. Variety of beer was excellent, could have been a touch colder, but it was a very hot day.

This was a top time even learning more than I already know.One thing I would recommend for all participants and organisers is that on your name tag, put where you are from. This will also promote talking between participants. I come from a town of 10000 people annd when I finished the course and was standing out the front waiting for cab ,the couple of people there chatting found that ones's partner came from out west and the other guy there is the physio in the town that I went to 5 or so years...

The only negative for me was the recipies we recieved at the end of the class wasn't the same dishes as we made during the class! Other wise a great day.

This was a great experience, very informative and held in relaxed surroundings. Cooking and preparation area needed to have fans - became very warm and steamy. The presenters ( Tony & co.) were very approachable, easy to relate to and answered all our questions. A great learning experience.

It was very informative and practical. The chefs running the day were excellent. The food was of a very good standard. I came home and the next day cooked the main meal that we were shown and it turned out very well, my wife and family were impressed. The only very slight criticism would be that many bottles that were consumed and I couldn't see that they were going to be recycled. I would like to think that the environment would be considered.

Sensational experience, learned a lot neat tips and tricks when it comes to cooking with a barbeque. Ben, Phil and the team were fabulous hosts for the day and the atmosphere was as described - just like having a BBQ at Ben's place. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends and will be attending some of the other cooking classes on offer. Now the question is not, what can I cook on the BBQ but how will the BBQ improve this meal!!

The whole experience was great. We learnt lots, it was hands on and we certainly enjoyed eating the results and drinking the different beers. Jason and all the other chef's were great.
